Important Information: The final update of the PASS Portal for the 2009-2010 school year will be occur on Tuesday, June 29th in the evening. This update will include the final grades. Attention Parents: If your child's ID number is only 5 digits long, you must add the digit 1 to the beginning of the ID. Student ID's are now 6 digits. If you do not add the addition "1", you will only see last school years information. New: PASS is now offered to middle school students! PASS Access Link What is PASS? Pass is a system that enables parents of children in grades 6-12 to view their own information online. What information is provided? Geneva will provide static student information for the following areas: Attendance Grades GPA Mark History Schedule Progress Test History School Calendar
This information will be extracted from the school’s student database and will be posted. Our Goal is to provide easier access for parents to view their child's information. This service is included with the costs of Schoolmaster purchased through Wayne Finger Lakes BOCES Submitting a request for access: In order to access your child's data online, the PASS Application form needs to be completed and returned to the District Office 649 South Exchange St. To insure privacy a form of identification with picture is required. A link to the form is provided at the bottom of this page. Directions to access PASS: Click the link http://smpass.genevacsd.org/genevahs/web/smframe.htm 1. Enter the Student User ID provided after returning the form. 2. Enter the Student PIN provided. 3 Select any of the radio buttons to see your child's data.
