General Complaints
Please use our Geneva CSD General Complaint Form if you would like to submit a general complaint about a school-related incident. Your complaint will be e-mailed to Steve Kruger, assistant superintendent for administrative services. If you wish your complaint to be anonymous, please ensure that you are not currently signed in to this website.
Federal Program Complaints
The district maintains procedures for resolving complaints related to federally funded programs, including Title I and other federal education programs.
If you believe the district has violated a requirement of a federally funded program, you may submit a complaint in writing to the district.
Complaints will be reviewed and addressed in accordance with district procedures. If the issue is not resolved at the district level, complaints may be referred to the New York State Education Department.
