ParentSquare
Families
The Geneva City School District uses ParentSquare to communicate with families at the school. ParentSquare provides a simple and safe way for everyone at school to connect.
Primary Contact
If you are the primary parent or guardian (typically, the parent who registers the student for school), you will automatically receive a ParentSquare account, which you simply need to activate:
Primary Parent Account Activation
Be sure to use the e-mail address or cell phone number the district has on file for you.
Secondary Contact
If you are the secondary parent or guardian and have custody of the student(s), you may opt to register for ParentSquare:

Non-Custodial Contact
If you are a non-custodial parent, guardian, or emergency contact, a custodial parent or guardian may request ParentSquare Access on your behalf:
Community Members
Sign Up for Community Notifications
Currently, the Geneva City School District offers two options for community participation in our ParentSquare notifications — emergency announcements and public service announcements. Participation is subject to approval and may be denied or rescinded at any time at the sole discretion of the school district.
Public Service Announcements
Geneva City School District residents are eligible to sign up for our "PSAs for Community Partners" group on ParentSquare. Public announcements include our weekly newsletter, "Up Next," which is released every Friday at noon when school is in session. Press releases and other public information may be sent periodically. Every effort will be made to ensure these notifications are sent between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays.
Emergency Notifications
Geneva CSD Community Partner Organizations are eligible to sign up for our "Emergency Notification for Community Partners" group on ParentSquare. Each Community Partner Organization may designate a maximum of two representatives to receive notification. Designees must complete this form personally — this form cannot be completed on their behalf. Upon approval, the Geneva CSD will make every effort to include designees in emergency notifications related to school closures and delays. Designees may also be included in emergency code notifications (lockout, lockdown, etc.) if we feel it is appropriate to do so. The Geneva CSD does not guarantee notification for all emergencies. Emergency notifications may be sent at any time of the day or night. For example, snow day calls are typically sent at 5:30 a.m.
Submit News
Community members who have signed up to receive our Public Service Announcements will see an option to "Submit a School or Community Event" in every edition of our "Up Next" Newsletter.
