StudentSquare
The Geneva City School District uses StudentSquare to communicate with students at Geneva High and Geneva Middle. StudentSquare, a ParentSquare application, allows teachers to communicate with students using all the same great tools they already use to communicate with parents and guardians on ParentSquare.
StudentSquare provides a simple and safe way for everyone at school to connect. The school will use students’ district-provided e-mail addresses to communicate, and students have the option of providing a cell phone to receive text messages as well, which they may choose to disable at any time.
With StudentSquare, your child will be able to:
- Receive all school and classroom communication via email, text, or app
- View the school and classroom calendar and RSVP for events
- Easily sign up to volunteer and/or bring items
Activation
You can use StudentSquare on any device. Students can download the free mobile app for iOS or Android or use the desktop version at www.parentsquare.com. Students must use their school e-mail address to activate their account.
Please feel free to ask us any questions. Just like you, students can tailor their notification settings to suit their needs or opt out entirely.
Notification Settings & Opting Out
Just like with ParentSquare, StudentSquare users can choose how and when to receive notifications and update those preferences at any time. Additionally, students, parents, and guardians can unsubscribe from e-mail or text messages at any time.
