007: Chain of Command in the Superintendent’s Absence

In the superintendent’s absence, these administrators will be in charge of district decision-making in the following order:

1. Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services
2. Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning
3. Assistant Superintendent for Business and Finance
4. Grants Coordinator

The same applies to decision-making if the superintendent cannot be reached by phone.

In a safety-related emergency, the administrator in charge will act as incident commander, and the district safety plan will be followed.
