Transportation Requests

To apply for school transportation or submit a transportation change request, please complete the form below.

If you are requesting an immediate change for an emergency situation, please call the Office of Transportation at (315) 781-4185.

Please note:

• Pickup and drop-off locations must be the same every day
• If a student's daycare is closed, the student will be dropped off at home, or school pickup can be arranged by a parent or guardian.
• Transportation changes must be submitted using the form below and will take two days to take effect, if approved
