Curbside Tech Support
If your device is broken (for example, the screen is cracked or black, keys or the trackpad is not working), you will need to schedule curbside support to exchange devices. For all other technical assistance, call or e-mail the Help Desk.
Curbside assistance is available Monday through Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. Please schedule the appointment on our online calendar. A Technology department staff member will meet you in the bus loop outside the high school at your scheduled time.
Gmail has been turned on for students in grades 6–12. If a student is having difficulty accessing their account, please contact the help desk at email@example.com or call (315) 781-0400 ext. 1010.
