    Meet the Team

    Trenton Barry has served as a school counselor since 2010 and has previous experience in residence life and housing roles. His educational background includes a B.S. from SUNY Geneseo, an M.S. and a Certificate of Advanced Study from SUNY Oswego, and a license as a mental health counselor from the University of Rochester.

    William Koepp graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges (HWS) in May 2023 and has been serving as the economic security director for BluePrint Geneva.

    Jonathan Garcia is a senior at HWS, bilingual in Spanish, and is the first in his family to graduate from high school and go to college.

    The college and career center offers a range of opportunities to help students decide what path to pursue after high school. Opportunities include:

    • Regular college and career chats highlighting alumni success stories, the college application process, and a variety of career choices;
    • Scheduled college visits throughout the region; and
    • On-demand support for college and financial aid applications, career guidance, and work permits.
