Personnel
In accordance with Article 15-C of the General Municipal Law, all District employees will
have the opportunity to present grievances free from interference, coercion, restraint,
discrimination, or reprisal. The District will provide at least two procedural stages and an appellate
stage for the settlement of any employee grievance.
