Subject: Board Member Attendance

Board members shall make every effort to regularly attend all meetings. A Board member who refuses or neglects to attend three successive meetings of the Board, of which he/she is duly notified, without rendering a good and valid excuse thereof to the other members of the Board, vacates his/her office by a refusal to serve.
