SUBJECT: REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION

         Board members will relay all requests for information to the proper administrative personnel.  Complaints and criticisms will be referred to the Superintendent for further action.  The Superintendent shall transmit complaints and criticisms to all Board members.  Under no circumstances shall a Board member bypass the Superintendent or Board in seeking resolution of such matters.
