SUBJECT: RECOGNITION OF ACHIEVEMENT

Student achievement shall be recognized in the schools of the District through the honor roll. In considering students for such honors, weight may be given to the course of study taken.

Because of the inability to check credentials of publishers, the District will not endorse any student for publication in a so-called national directory of honor students.

Additional rules, regulations and areas of achievement regarding modes of such recognition may be issued by the principals and approved by the Superintendent.
