Two Geneva High School students were selected as College Board National Recognition Program awardees.
Seniors Nicholas Caster and Sally Young earned the National Rural and Small Town Recognition Award. The recognition comes because of their academic achievements in school and outstanding performance on the PSAT/NMSQT®, PSAT™ 10, and/or AP® Exams, in combination with the location of Geneva High School, which qualifies as rural. Areas are considered rural and small town based on location data from the National Center for Education Statistics. “They’ve accomplished these milestones during an immensely demanding period of their high school career. We couldn’t be more delighted to share this great news,” said the College Board.
