The Geneva City School District is required to submit a Contract for Excellence (C4E) plan to the commissioner of education. C4E is intended to target resources for specific programs the legislature and governor believe support students with the greatest educational need. Geneva City Schools submits a plan each year that an internal team updates and reviews for public comment. 

The plan was available for public comment through Aug. 21, 2023. No public comment was received.
